New timekeeping and spending-summary system!
In order to better support you in self-directing services, Lifeworks is transitioning to a new timekeeping and spending-summary system. With the new system, employees can enter their own time online!
Over the next 6 months, each Lifeworks Fiscal Service will transition one by one so that we can provide hands-on support. We are reaching out to let you know that Lifeworks PCA Choice Service will begin transitioning to the new system in September.
What is changing?
With the new system, timekeeping and spending summaries will be accessed through a user-friendly, online system.
How is Lifeworks here to support me?
Lifeworks will provide remote training sessions and independently-guided learning opportunities.
