Emily Mellingen

Marissa Dayton

Marissa graduated with a Sociology Degree from The College of Saint Benedict. She started her career in social services working as a Relocation Coordinator and eventually transitioned to working as a Waiver Case Manager. Marissa joined Lifeworks in September 2021 as a PCA Coordinator.

When not working, Marissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs (Honey and Odin), visiting family, and watching Grey’s Anatomy.

Olivia Hampe

Olivia Hampe joined Lifeworks in January 2022. Olivia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services at Iowa State University. Prior to Lifeworks, Olivia was a Developmental Support Specialist at a nonprofit in Iowa.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, boating, cooking, and walking her dog.

Peter Velleux

Peter earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. Peter worked as a sales professional for over twenty years before switching careers in 2013. He worked as a Youth Specialist in juvenile facilities and as an Employment Specialist for people with disabilities in addition to assisting families in the CDCS/PCA Choice programs. Peter joined Lifeworks in October of 2021.

Peter lives in St Louis Park with his wife and three cats. Peter enjoys spending time with friends, playing golf, and pickleball.

Ali’s first exposure to Lifeworks was working as a PCA throughout high school. In her free time, Ali enjoys being outdoors, hanging out with her faithful chocolate lab and cabin trips with family and friends.

Zach Morth

Zach has worked in the health care industry since 2009 starting as CNA and working his way up to become an RN. Zach utilizes this broad set of knowledge and experiences to better serve families utilizing services through Lifeworks.

When Zach isn’t working hard at Lifeworks, you’ll find him working as a direct care RN or at home working on other projects.

Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS)

CDCS allows participants to take greater control over their day-to-day care and make critical decisions, including hiring support workers and purchasing necessary accommodations.

Consumer Support Grant (CSG)

CSG is a county-funded cash grant that allows people to purchase goods, services, and staffing through self-direction.
