As a nonprofit organization, our staff is the driving force behind our commitment to serve our community and people with disabilities as we live and work together.

We are a financially sound $65 million entity that employs 120 direct support professionals who work with individuals with disabilities;  nearly 70 administrative employees in areas like accounting, human resources, and marketing; and over a dozen leaders ranging from vice president to program manager.
