Lifeworks partners with referral sources through state vocational rehabilitation services and county case managers along with residential and transition programs. People can use their DD, BI, CADI, or self-directed waivers dollars to purchase services. Lifeworks also supports people funded through vocational rehabilitation services who choose to pay privately to create a person-centered plan. Whether a person is interested in employment, community skill building, center-based services, or a combination of offerings, Lifeworks has a program that will work for you.
At Lifeworks, we are invested in our capability to ensure culturally appropriate service by translating materials into a variety of languages and hiring native speakers in Spanish, Hmong, and Somali.
