We do not provide staffing for our In-Home Services. Lifeworks is a self-directed agency, meaning individuals are responsible for identifying their own support staff. Lifeworks hires these staff members and processes payroll on a biweekly basis.

Individuals using In-Home Services are assigned an ongoing Service Coordinator who completes the intake meeting and serves as the main point of contact for services.

For Employment Services, individuals are assigned an ongoing Lifeworks Employment Specialist who provides support throughout each phase of employment.

Our Day Support Services typically have a staffing ratio of 1:3 or 1:4, depending on the service location.
The timeframe for starting services depends on the submission of all required information, scheduling the intake meeting, hiring and training staff (if applicable), and obtaining an Employer Identification Number (EIN) (if applicable).

Because these steps can vary, Lifeworks cannot provide an exact start date for In-Home Services.
