Lynae Greenebaum
Lynae has a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin Stout in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Child Life. Lynae formerly worked as a Service Facilitator at Lifeworks Burnsville (now Lifeworks Apple Valley). She continued her career in social services working with children, families, and adults. She returned to Lifeworks in August 2016 as a Service Coordinator and now serves as a Fiscal and In-Home Manager for FMS Services.
Lynae is passionate about working with families and assisting them in getting the services that they need.
In her free time, she enjoys running and has completed a half marathon, 15K, 10K, and multiple 5Ks. She enjoys watching and going to sporting events and spends a lot of her time watching her children play sports and just being with her family.

Kelsey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management. Kelsey has been working in the human services field for over 19 years and has experience with Geriatrics, Self-Directed Services, PCA, as well as 245D Basic and Intensive Services.
Kelsey lives in Cottage Grove with her husband and four sons; they enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and kayaking. Kelsey is an active member of the Foster to Adopt Community.

In her spare time Jodi enjoys listening to music, camping, spending time on the water and being with friends and family.

Jolene has worked in group homes, independent living apartments, day support programs as well as other support roles for providers prior to joining Lifeworks.
Jolene grew up in southeastern North Dakota and moved to Minnesota in 2013. Jolene currently lives in Burnsville with her fiancé and future mother-in-law. Jolene has 2 dogs and 2 birds at home. In her spare time, Jolene enjoys relaxing in the sun, watching hockey and cooking.

Ali’s first exposure to Lifeworks was working as a PCA throughout high school. In her free time, Ali enjoys being outdoors, hanging out with her faithful chocolate lab and cabin trips with family and friends.

He worked as a Youth Specialist in juvenile facilities and as an Employment Specialist for people with disabilities in addition to assisting families in the CDCS/PCA Choice programs. Peter joined Lifeworks in October of 2021.
Peter lives in St Louis Park with his wife and three cats. Peter enjoys spending time with friends, playing golf, and pickleball.

Ann began her Lifeworks career as a Service Facilitator in the Burnsville (now Apple Valley) DT&H program. She joined the Fiscal Team in 2010 and continues to support participants utilizing the Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) programs. Ann is a strong advocate for Self-Direction in that individuals with disabilities should have choice and control in how they plan and receive services.
Ann lives in St Paul with her husband and son; together they enjoy traveling, mountain biking, concerts, gardening, and their three cats.

Intentional individual relationships are valued, along with small group study and supporting specific community efforts. She likes spending time in her backyard as well as hiking and camping in MN state parks and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.

Liz Coon joined Lifeworks in 2021 as a Fiscal Systems Coordinator. Liz has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Studies and has a 25-year history of working with youth and families in her community. She embraces the opportunity to continue that passion with Lifeworks.
Liz is a fan of Noir films and Alfred Hitchcock movies. She enjoys reading mystery novels during winter weather and loves being out on the water with her family and watching baseball in the summer.

Meera joined Lifeworks in August 2021 as a Fiscal Systems Coordinator. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota and has completed master’s degree level coursework in Public Health. Prior to joining Lifeworks, Meera worked in education, providing care and teaching students from preschool to middle school. Both in education and now in her work with Lifeworks, Meera is grateful for the opportunity to help families.
When not working, Meera can be found spending time with puppy friends – and human friends. She is an instructor at a local dog training club and has two dogs of her own. Meera loves hiking, kayaking, camping, and playing dog sports with her dogs. She also loves traveling and exploring new places with friends and family.

She has written and shared her experiences about being a parent to a child with a disability. Erin spends her time as a sports mom with all of her boys being in sports. She enjoys golfing and loves sharing her Vietnamese culture and cuisine with all.
