Lifeworks Services is excited to announced today that Kim Mueller has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
“Kim is an exceptional leader. Her person-centered approach, strategic acumen, knowledge of our services, and insights on the industry will help achieve our long-term vision for impacting systematic change in Minnesota,” said President and CEO, Jeff Brown. 
As Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately, Mueller will lead the development and execution of Lifeworks’ strategic planning initiatives. She will also oversee all services and operations. Mueller joined Lifeworks in 2014. She previously served as the Senior Vice President of Program and Operations.
Prior to joining Lifeworks, Mueller spent 27 years in the private sector leading operations and business development efforts for Tapemark, a contract process development and manufacturing organization headquartered in West St. Paul. She has also been an independent business consultant.
Mueller has a bachelor’s degree in business from Hamline University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
