Lifeworks Services Welcomes Three New Board Members

Lifeworks Services is excited to announce Ed Kelly, healthcare executive; Danielle Kent, Director of Service Delivery at Prime Therapeutics; and Stephanie Lee, Managing Partner at Global Street Partners have been appointed to the Lifeworks Board of Directors.

Their distinct areas of expertise in leadership, disability rights, and healthcare are crucial as we lean into the future and continue to hold ourselves to the highest standards,” said Gertrude Matemba-Mutasa, President and CEO.

Ed is a healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience as a CEO and COO of large medical groups and hospitals at Stanford, the University of Washington, Select Medical, Dignity Health, Sutter Health and other healthcare systems. Ed received his Bachelor of Science from Marquette University and his Master of Health Administration from Washington University.

Danielle is the Director of Service Delivery at Prime Therapeutics, supporting issue management and member communications. Additionally, Danielle facilitates process improvement initiatives and supports overall program design across the enterprise. Danielle holds a healthcare MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Springfield College. She previously practiced as an occupational therapist at Methodist Hospital, and still maintains her licensure and registration. Her extensive healthcare knowledge and clinical background is utilized to ensure the beneficiaries of healthcare delivery organizations are put at the forefront of decision making.

Stephanie is the Managing Partner at Global Street Partners. She has over 25 years of executive leadership experience at Cargill and Courage Center. Her career’s work has involved all aspects of global mergers and acquisitions, developing deep knowledge of strategic planning, business growth and consolidations, and what is required to source, select, and lead a turnaround acquisition and position an organization for growth. Stephanie expanded upon her business experience by obtaining a real estate license and taken on an active role in corporate real estate and asset management for companies, private equity groups and family offices. Since her involvement in the commercial real estate industry 10 years ago, she has completed over $1B worth of transactions on 3 continents.
