On May 1, 2023, Finance & Commerce presented its prestigious Top Projects Award to Lifeworks Services, Inc. for our new Main Office construction in Richfield. In partnership with JL Commercial Services, Carlson Partners, St. Paul Construction, Pope Design Group, and others, the Lifeworks Main Office was selected as one of 50 honorees.

This award gives us the opportunity to encourage other businesses to follow suit in creating inclusive spaces.”
The Finance & Commerce Top Projects Awards recognize excellence in building and construction projects from across the state and are judged on the degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, sustainability efforts, and cooperation among contractors and management.
Lifeworks has created a space that is proactively welcoming and accessible to anyone, taking into consideration mobility, workstyle, sensory needs, body type, religion, parenthood, transportation access, and more.
This office is an educational opportunity because it showcases how intentional and thoughtful approaches, like lowered cabinets, rounded edges, automatic door openers, subdued colors and lighting, can all work together to create a universally welcoming space.
