Lifeworks Services Welcomes New Chief Advancement Officer
Richfield, Minnesota (October 20, 2025) â Lifeworks is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Hintz as its new Chief Advancement Officer (CAO). With more than 20 years of leadership experience in advancement, Mark brings a strong track record of building inclusive, mission-driven teams and delivering meaningful results in fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic communications.
As CAO, Mark will lead Lifeworksâ development and marketing teams and serve as a key member of the organizationâs leadership team. This newly created role is a strategic investment in Lifeworksâ futureâdesigned to strengthen how the organization tells its story, engages the community, and secures the resources needed to make disability inclusion the standard, not the exception.
Mark will guide fundraising strategy, capital campaigns, and communications efforts to ensure a unified and compelling message that supports Lifeworksâ mission and values.

Mark is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy and has held leadership roles at Bethel University, the University of St. Thomas, the University of Minnesota, and the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin â Eau Claire and is currently pursuing his MBA at Bethel University, expected in 2026.
