Lifeworks Services Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer PaFoua Hang

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — September 21, 2026 — Lifeworks welcomed PaFoua Hang as its new Chief Financial Officer, bringing together extensive financial leadership and firsthand experience in Minnesota’s disability and home and community-based services sector.

Hang most recently served as Vice President of Finance for TEAM Services Group, an organization that partners with home care agencies and other care providers to expand access to quality, person-centered care. Previously, she served as Vice President of Finance & Strategy and Chief of Staff at Hmong Home Health Care, a Minnesota provider of home and community-based services for people with disabilities and older adults.

That experience gives Hang a firsthand understanding of the disability services landscape and the importance of building strong, sustainable organizations that positively impact people’s lives.

As CFO, Hang will lead Lifeworks’ financial strategy and operations, partnering with leaders across the organization to support continued growth, innovation and impact. She will oversee Finance and Payroll and report to Lifeworks CEO Gertrude Matemba-Mutasa.

Earlier in her career, Hang worked in nonprofit, startup and financial services organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Wellesley College.

Outside of work, Hang is an avid runner who enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, their twin toddler boys and their senior dog. As a family, they enjoy reading, exploring plant-based living and finding ways to support environmental sustainability.
