Lifeworks Services Welcomes New Chief Growth Officer
Richfield, Minnesota (June 23, 2025) – Lifeworks Services, Inc., a nonprofit advancing disability inclusion for 60 years, is excited to announce the appointment of Kelly Monson as Chief Growth Officer, a new position for the organization.
“We are so excited to welcome Kelly to ‘Team Lifeworks.’ Kelly’s expertise in program operations, business development, and innovation will directly benefit our 4,000+ clients statewide. Kelly’s role will be critical in helping Lifeworks live up to our vision of a world where disability inclusion is the standard – not the exception,” says Gertrude Matemba-Mutasa, President and CEO.
Formerly the Senior Vice President of Operations, Child and Family Wellbeing at YMCA of the North, Monson comes to Lifeworks with 17 years of nonprofit and government sector experience. Monson holds a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Education from Concordia University.
