Planning for Transition to Adulthood is a primer class designed to help students with disabilities and the people who support them navigate life after school. Participants will leave the class with a transition checklist as well as a broad overview of the services and support available to help them avoid the “transition cliff,” ensuring a smooth and successful transition into adulthood.

- Understand the timeline and requirements for transitioning to adulthood.
- Navigate the application process for disability services with confidence.
- Explore employment, post-secondary, and day programs that fit your goals and needs.
- Know where to go for answers, guidance, and continued support.
