In-Home Services
Community First Services and Supports (CFSS)Â
View ServiceCommunity First Services and Supports (CFSS) offers flexible options for participants, giving them opportunities for greater independence in their homes and communities. CFSS replaces personal care assistance (PCA) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG).Â
As a family just starting to navigate disability services, we were overwhelmed, but the Lifeworks team made it easy. The staff was incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive throughout our CFSS intake summit. It was such a positive first experience, and we’re so grateful we chose Lifeworks.
Our Lifeworks FMS service coordinator has become such an important part of our family’s journey. She’s patient, supportive, and always willing to help as we learn new systems. Her caring nature has made everything feel so much easier. We truly don’t know what we’d do without her.
I loved the training and discussion on Neurodiversity and Disability. I wish this training would be mandatory for all leaders to go through and engage in.
