Jolene Easterday

Jolene Easterday joined Lifeworks in February of 2022. Jolene has an Associates of Science in Human Services degree and has worked in disability services in a variety of settings for over 10 years. Jolene has worked in group homes, independent living apartments, day support programs as well as other support roles for providers prior to joining Lifeworks.

Jolene grew up in southeastern North Dakota and moved to Minnesota in 2013. Jolene currently lives in Burnsville with her fiancé and future mother-in-law. Jolene has 2 dogs and 2 birds at home. In her spare time, Jolene enjoys relaxing in the sun, watching hockey and cooking.

Lauren Henke

Prior to coming to Lifeworks, Lauren Henke graduated with a degree in Education. She worked at a group home for 4 years before moving to the Twin Cities in 2014, when she began her career at Lifeworks. She started in Day Services, then spent 3 years in Employment Services before joining the Fiscal Team in 2020.

When not at work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her daughter and dogs going camping, utilizing local attractions’ memberships, playing softball, or whatever else sounds like fun that day.

Emalee Irwin-Roeske

Emalee Irwin-Roeske joined Lifeworks in August of 2021. Emalee has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Adult and Family Services from Iowa State University with a minor in Family Finance and Housing Policies. Prior to Lifeworks, Emalee was the director over several group homes for adults and teens with disabilities.

Emalee lives in Prior Lake with her husband and their three cats. In her spare time Emalee enjoys hiking, games, escape rooms, and knitting.

Leah Swenson

Leah Swenson began working at Lifeworks in May of 2021. Leah has a long history of serving individuals with disabilities. Some of Leah’s past work experiences include managing group homes, providing direct care, and waiver case management. Leah and her husband have four children. Leah and her family live on a small hobby farm with animals and a large garden. When Leah is not working, she enjoys baking, sewing, and attending 4H activities with her kids.
