They are looking for input from direct care workers, people who access services, guardians or family members of people who access services, service providers, and people who work in areas related to direct care.
The survey is available in English, Hmong, Karen, Russian, Somali and Spanish. Deadline for feedback is Sunday, December 19 at 12:00 p.m.
