Effective December 31st, 2018, Lifeworks Services, Inc. has made the difficult decision to no longer provide support to the Community Employment and Engaged Day (CEED) program.
Lifeworks will support you and your family throughout the transition to another Financial Management Service (FMS) provider. Please work with your County Case Manager to identify which provider you would like to work with moving forward. You can reach them at:

Once you have identified your new provider, please let Lifeworks know so we can ensure this transition is as seamless as possible. We will work with you and your new provider on the following:
- Processing all vendor invoices and reimbursements. Lifeworks is asking for final invoices/reimbursements to be received no later than Friday, January 11th, 2019
- All time cards must be submitted on Monday, January 7th, 2019 for payment on Friday, January 11th, 2019 for hours worked during the last pay period of 12/23/2018-12/31/2018
- As soon as all vendor payments, reimbursements, and payroll has been processed, Lifeworks will then be able to provide you with the final budget amount
