Know someone who should be nominated?
● The more, the merrier. Multiple nominations are welcome. Please complete a separate form for each person you nominate.
● The judging is fair. We use an impartial selection process. Nominations are reviewed and honorees are selected by an independent, volunteer committee.
● Winning is a big deal. Honorees are recognized and presented with their award onstage at the event where they are given the opportunity to make remarks. Their stories are shared through multiple formats, including video, images, and words in marketing materials and at the celebration.
For someone to be considered for an award, nomination forms must be received by Friday, December 20, 2019. Please carefully review forms and instructions before submission.
