Fiscal Leadership

Jodi Aschoff

Jodi Aschoff joined Lifeworks in July 2019 as a Service Coordinator. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and has a minor in disability studies. She also holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Early Childhood Development. Prior to Lifeworks, Jodi was a director at a leading childcare center in the Twin Cities.

Jodi lives in Burnsville with her three children. Her personal experience with people who have disabilities have led Jodi to actively work to make her community an inclusive space for everyone. In her spare time Jodi enjoys listening to music, camping, spending time on the water and being with friends and family.

Lynae Greenebaum

Lynae has a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin Stout in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Child Life. Lynae formerly worked as a Service Facilitator at Lifeworks Burnsville (now Lifeworks Apple Valley). She continued her career in social services working with children, families, and adults. She returned to Lifeworks in August 2016 as a Service Coordinator and now serves as a Fiscal and In-Home Programs Senior Manager for our North Region.

Lynae is passionate about working with families and assisting them in getting the services that they need.

In her free time, she enjoys running and has completed a half marathon, 15K, 10K, and multiple 5Ks. She enjoys watching and going to sporting events and spends a lot of her time watching her children play sports and just being with her family.

Julie Windisch

Julie joined Lifeworks in 2007 as a Direct Support Professional at Lifeworks Eagan. She moved to the Fiscal Team as an Administrative Assistant and now serves as a Fiscal Operations Manager. Julie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2013. As a Senior Program Operations Manager, Julie is passionate about supporting families and their employees.

Julie lives in Cottage Grove with her husband and dog. When she’s not at work, she enjoys going to her cabin, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Jolene has worked in group homes, independent living apartments, day support programs as well as other support roles for providers prior to joining Lifeworks.

Jolene grew up in southeastern North Dakota and moved to Minnesota in 2013. Jolene currently lives in Burnsville with her fiancé and future mother-in-law. Jolene has 2 dogs and 2 birds at home. In her spare time, Jolene enjoys relaxing in the sun, watching hockey and cooking.

Lauren Henke

Prior to coming to Lifeworks, Lauren Henke graduated with a degree in Education. She worked at a group home for 4 years before moving to the Twin Cities in 2014, when she began her career at Lifeworks. She started in Day Services, then spent 3 years in Employment Services before joining the Fiscal Team in 2020.

When not at work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her daughter and dogs going camping, utilizing local attractions’ memberships, playing softball, or whatever else sounds like fun that day.

Emalee Irwin-Roeske

Emalee Irwin-Roeske joined Lifeworks in August of 2021. Emalee has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Adult and Family Services from Iowa State University with a minor in Family Finance and Housing Policies. Prior to Lifeworks, Emalee was the director over several group homes for adults and teens with disabilities.

Emalee lives in Prior Lake with her husband and their three cats. In her spare time Emalee enjoys hiking, games, escape rooms, and knitting.

Leah Swenson

Leah Swenson began working at Lifeworks in May of 2021. Leah has a long history of serving individuals with disabilities. Some of Leah’s past work experiences include managing group homes, providing direct care, and waiver case management. Leah and her husband have four children. Leah and her family live on a small hobby farm with animals and a large garden. When Leah is not working, she enjoys baking, sewing, and attending 4H activities with her kids.

Meghan joined the Fiscal Team as a Service Coordinator in July 2019 where she helps families who use Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) services.

In her free time, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach in the summer.

Ann Ewert joined the Lifeworks Team in 2005, shortly after graduating from University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Ann began her Lifeworks career as a Service Facilitator in the Burnsville (now Apple Valley) DT&H program. She joined the Fiscal Team in 2010 and continues to support participants utilizing the Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) programs. Ann is a strong advocate for Self-Direction in that individuals with disabilities should have choice and control in how they plan and receive services.

Ann lives in St Paul with her husband and son; together they enjoy traveling, mountain biking, concerts, gardening, and their three cats.

Heidi Kriesel

Heidi joined Lifeworks in 2021 after working for over 10 years in the public school system as a special education teacher. She has her undergraduate degree in Special Education and her Master’s Degree in Health Administration.

Heidi enjoys spending time with her 4 children, gardening, bike riding, traveling, and camping.

Cindy Mooers

Cindy Joined Lifeworks as a Fiscal Service Coordinator in 2015, and feels this role is a great fit. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and Business Administration. Her background is in bookkeeping and business ownership.

Cindy enjoys precious time with family and her Christian faith is very important to her. Intentional individual relationships are valued, along with small group study and supporting specific community efforts. She likes spending time in her backyard as well as hiking and camping in MN state parks and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.

Beth has a long history of working with individuals with disabilities. Beth started working as a Paraprofessional before becoming a job coach at a day program, working her way up to become a DT&H Designated Coordinator. Beth spent the next seven years as a DT&H Designated Coordinator before joining Lifeworks as a Service Facilitator in May of 2019. When not at work, Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Beth and her husband have two boys who are both active in sports; and she loves watching their games. Beth also loves crafting, sewing, hockey, and baseball.

Beth started working as a Paraprofessional before becoming a job coach at a day program, working her way up to become a DT&H Designated Coordinator. Beth spent the next seven years as a DT&H Designated Coordinator before joining Lifeworks as a Service Facilitator in May of 2019. Jeanne lives in Cottage Grove and is the mom of 3 (not so little) children. In her spare time, you can find her catching up with her oldest son over a good burger, at a movie theater with her middle son or cheering for her daughter at softball fields and basketball courts.
