Service Facilitator

November 6, 2008

Bloomington team, (Erica Jensrud and Cindy Taylor) is seeking a full time Service Facilitator to work with adults with developmental disabilities in a combined Career Development/Social Enrichment setting. Candidate will provide case management, and job coaching at a manufacturing job site three days a week and plan and offer creative meaningful activities two days a week at the Bloomington center. Candidate should be creative, confident and enjoy planning and implementing activities that enrich the long range goals of the individuals served.

Minimum qualifications for this position include:

  • Four year degree in a related human services field or
  • Four years experience or
  • A combination of education and experience to equal four years.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, excellent customer service skills, good oral and written communication skills.
  • Passing a background study, physical and drug screen, having a valid driver's license free of violation, proof of insurance and reliable transportation for work driving purposes.
  • Excellent benefits - health, life, dental insurance, sick and vacation, matching retirement plan.
  • The hiring range for a Lifeworks Service Facilitator is $13.62 to 15.59 per hour.

Minneapolis team, (Susan Winterfeld Thompson and Ethel Hollermann) is seeking a full time Service Facilitator to work with adults with developmental disabilities in a Career Development setting. Candidate will provide case management, and job coaching at a downtown Minneapolis job site. This position requires a candidate who is comfortable in a fast paced, corporate environment. Candidate should be creative, confident, and flexible, enjoy change and have superior customer service skills. This individual may work with individual placement clients as well as a crew.

  • Four years experience or
  • A combination of education and experience to equal four years.
