Consumer Support Grant

Consumer Support Grant (CSG) is a state-funded alternative to medical assistance home care programs, CSG is administered by the county. Eligible participants receive monthly cash grants, through a fiscal support entity like Lifeworks, to purchase services, goods, and supports.
