Kelly Anderson

Kelly Anderson has been working in the human services field for more than 20 years and strives to be empathetic to the needs of her clients while providing a solution to each unique situation. She feels passionate about providing people choices to live their lives to the fullest and with meaning. In her personal life, she loves to be outdoors biking, playing tennis, walking, and being
active. She also enjoys spending time with her family.

Sherry Campeau

Sherry Campeau has worked at Lifeworks for 17 years, 15 of which she spent providing direct care to people with disabilities. Sherry has helped develop curriculum using technology to help people become more independent at work and in their day-to-day activities. In 2006, she was given the opportunity to present at the TASH conference, a national conference for people with disabilities. Even though she didn’t know how to swim at the time, Sherry once went scuba diving on a trip to Hawaii.

Ann Ewert

Ann Ewert has worked at Lifeworks for more than a decade. She first began her career with us as a service facilitator before joining our fiscal support team in 2010. Ann provides support to individuals and families utilizing the Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) programs and is a Qualified Professional for the PCA Choice program. Outside of Lifeworks, Ann likes to spend time with her family and loves to be outdoors.

Lynae Greenebaum

Lynae Greenebaum formerly worked as a service facilitator at Lifeworks Burnsville (now Lifeworks Apple Valley). She continued her career in social services working with children, families, and adults. She returned to Lifeworks in August 2016 and now serves as a service coordinator for Fiscal Support.

Lynae is passionate about working with families and assisting them in getting the services that they need. She enjoys meeting and getting to know the families that we serve.

In her free time, she enjoys running and has completed a half marathon, 15K, 10K, and multiple 5Ks. She enjoys watching and going to sporting events and spends a lot of her time watching her children play sports and just being with her family.

Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS)

CDCS allows participants to take greater control over their day-to-day care and make critical decisions, including hiring support workers and purchasing necessary accommodations.

Consumer Support Grant (CSG)

CSG provides a monthly cash grant to participants to help them live in the community. CSG is an alternative to Medicaid home care services such as home health aide, personal care assistance, and private duty nursing.
