Lifeworks relies on the generous contributions from donors who value our mission of helping people with disabilities lead rich meaningful lives. Although we receive state funding, those funds go only towards covering the basic costs of housing and living expenses for the people we serve.

Everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy recreational opportunities, such as going to the movies, taking part in art and music classes, or learning new computer skills. Our donors help us provide these opportunities through their financial support. Please consider Lifeworks in your giving plans.

There are several ways you can donate to Lifeworks:

Join our Lifeworks’ Leadership Circle
Members are donors of $1,000 or more in a calendar year. Your name will be listed in Sketches and our Annual Report, and you will be invited to our annual luncheon in January.

Join our Legacy Club
Consider joining our Legacy Club—a very special group of dream-makers. Your Legacy Gift will give families assurance for the future.

Make a United Way pledge
When making your United Way pledge, please consider making a designated gift to Lifeworks. On the pledge form, write:

Lifeworks receives funding directly from the United Way of Hastings, but not from the Greater Twin Cities United Way. In the Twin Cities, you can designate Lifeworks and know that your gift will get to us.
