Assess your workplace—at no cost to you

Our approach is to get to know your company and how it works by visiting your business. We will identify repetitive, routine tasks that can be bundled into one job, then create a proposal to meet your company’s needs. When you are ready, we handle the paperwork to get our workers started. A Lifeworks job coach is then selected and trains with your staff to learn the tasks. The job coach also supervises the Lifeworks workers on-the-job. Learn more about the job coach.

The employment consultant offers disability awareness training which is tailored to help your employees work effectively with our workers. The employment consultant then trains our workers and maintains communication with supervisors and managers.

“Because our clients do such a variety of jobs from janitorial to image scanning, there really isn’t a company that wouldn’t benefit from hiring Lifeworks’ clients,” said employment consultant Tim Dunn.
